A Space for Life in Between Cultures
HEJ!
My name is Pola Koba and Iโm a fellow licensed psychologist living in Copenhagen.
I moved to Denmark in 2020 - initially with more questions than concrete plans. Since then, Iโve completed a second masterโs degree in Global Refugee Studies to fulfill my dream of working with immigrants, faced the challenge of learning Danish, and met others navigating the in-between space of building a life away from home.
In 2023, I launched Expats Mind Care Club - a mental care community for internationals - because I believe most of the problems we experience are universal among immigrants living in Copenhagen.
